The drunch is ideal for informal weddings held between 5 pm and 8 pm. It works best for celebrations in the countryside or on terraces. The menu focuses mainly on savory options: fruit portions, cheese boards, various breads, dips and sauces, canapés and mini sandwiches, and small quiches or tartlets. Given the eating-while-standing format, everything should be easy to hold and eat in one or two bites.
